I'm dying to try the new filter beans from Congo by @singleestatecoffeeroasters but I loved the anaerobic Catuai beans from Dota in Costa Rica soo much I bought two additional bags. And I can't stop brewing coffee with. They're just so satisfying and warm, a little funky from the fermentation, yet still just really good coffee.

So happy with these wonderful beans from @giraffecoffeeroasters ❤️ the black cherry and bergamot (think: early grey tea) are spot on

Myanmar in Asia is an upcoming coffee country. They are trying to move away from poppies and opium and into coffee. Less hassles 😉

And just to prove that this month's subscription from @singleestatecoffeeroasters was totally awesome, I ordered a bit more of that same stuff. Because u can! ❤️🎊

Needed new stash for my subscription keeps running out early now that my wife is making her own @aeropress brews a few times a week 😍 so did some shopping at @giraffecoffeeroasters

My coffee subscription with @singleestatecoffeeroasters is a rotation subscription. I get different coffees every time. That's both a blessing and a curse because each time you have to determine a new recipe that makes this coffee shine.
